Reduce your energy use by up to 15%* with AI Energy mode**. If your estimated electricity bill exceeds your preset target, it gives you an option to save energy***. It optimizes the compressor speed and defrost cycle, based on your usage pattern and surroundings.

Results may vary depending on the usage conditions and patterns.** Available on Android and iOS devices. SmartThings Energy

Manage your energy usage to reduce your carbon footprint and save money. SmartThings Energy* provides energy efficiency tips. It also monitors the energy consumption of appliances** in real-time and compares it to the previous month. And it alerts you if your monthly targets might be exceeded.

A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required.** SmartThings Energy currently works with around 40 Samsung home appliances that are SmartThings enabled. These include refrigerators, washing machines, clothes dryers, dish washers, air conditioners, air purifiers, vacuum cleaners, ovens, hoods, cooktops, microwave ovens, TVs (from June 2022) and energy meters.

Metal Cooling (Optional)

Stably maintain the temperature inside the fridge, so food stays fresh, even if you frequently open and close the door. The Metal Cooling Plate in the rear wall retains the cold from the air and helps to restore cool temperatures quickly. And it also adds a premium look and is easy to wipe clean.

Inner Beverage Center™ (Optional)

Enjoy plenty of refreshingly cold and flavored water. The Beverage Center™ is inside the fridge, so it is less likely to get contaminated. As well as a water dispenser, it has a dishwasher safe* and BPA free** AutoFill Water Pitcher for purified water, which can be infused with fruits and herbs.

AutoFill Water Pitcher (Optional)

Enjoy refreshingly cold and flavored water immediately. The dishwasher safe* and BPA free** 48oz (1.4L) AutoFill Water Pitcher automatically fills with purified water when put in the fridge. Using a built-in Infuser***, you can also add fruits or herbs to create deliciously flavored beverages.
